The officials want you to remember that it's very important to be safe around fireworks so that you don't end up with a bottle rocket in the eye like this bro.
And don't handle M-80s or cherry bombs unless you want to end up like poor Uncle Fred here.
Don't even think about trying to make your own fireworks at home.
